Husband Cohabitating

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her inside the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.

We were able to offer our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
